Cuban Cuisine

When the group realized we hadn't done Cuban food since 2009, we decided it was time for a return. Piece of Havana was created by the Plasencia family as a way to honor the traditions and cuisine of their home country. The menu is a sumptuous mix of traditional Cuban dishes like empanadas, pressed Cuban sandwiches and Chuleta de Puerco (pork tenderloin marinated in Cuban mojo sauce), with additional Spanish treats like Paella.
