A short time ago, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals issued its ruling and struck down Virginia's marriage amendment. This could have impacts to North Carolina's Amendment One. The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on the constitutionality of Virginia's ban on marriage equality (Bostic v. Schaefer) today. With this win, the ruling in the Virginia case could bring us that much closer to the freedom to marry in North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia. Join us. WHO: You!
